To grow, it needed to become a real product.

We took the workflow from zero to one — designing the product around how the business actually ran, building it with senior technical direction, and launching it to production. Not a prototype and not a rebuild-for-its-own-sake, but the spreadsheet’s logic turned into software a team could trust and a company could grow on.

Why it worked
The expensive decisions on a 0→1 build aren’t in the code — they’re in what to build, how it fits together, and what to leave out. We led with that judgment, designed to fit the business rather than impress, and stayed while it moved into production. The point was never something impressive the founder had to work around; it was something that fit and could keep growing.
